Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AiSA — AI Solution Architects (www.solutionarchitects.ai). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What AiSA is

AiSA is a directory and matching service that helps buyers find AI implementation specialists (providers). AiSA is not a party to any engagement, contract, or transaction between buyers and providers. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work delivered by any provider listed in the directory.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile content.

3. No guarantee of quality or fit

AiSA does not vet, endorse, certify, or guarantee any provider, their skills, availability, work quality, timelines, or business practices. Buyers are responsible for independently evaluating providers before entering any engagement. Response rates, response times, projects-completed counts, success rates, and "Recommended by" entries are indicators drawn from platform activity and buyer feedback, not certifications.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help draft provider bios, power search answers, answer profile-specific questions, and draft recommendation text. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misstatements. It is not a substitute for direct verification. Provider bios and recommendations are reviewed and editable by the person they represent before publication; see our AI Disclosure.

5. Inquiries and messaging

Buyer contact details are shared with a provider only after that provider explicitly accepts an inquiry. Any subsequent contract, deliverables, payment, warranty, or dispute is strictly between the buyer and the provider. AiSA is not a party to and takes no responsibility for that engagement.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or affiliation.
  • Posting unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Circumventing rate limits, security controls, or authentication.
  • Scraping or bulk-extracting data without written permission.
  • Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes AiSA to legal risk. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@solutionarchitects.ai.

8. Disputes between buyers and providers

Any dispute arising out of an engagement between a buyer and a provider must be resolved directly between the two parties. AiSA is not an arbitrator, escrow agent, or mediator. AiSA may, at its sole discretion, unpublish content or restrict accounts in response to reports.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified via email.
