Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AiSA (AI Solution Architects) — "we", "us", "AiSA" — collects, uses, and shares information when you use www.solutionarchitects.ai (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Email, name, and account type (buyer or provider) when you sign up.
  • Provider profile content. Bio, location, specialties, links, and headshot/logo you submit.
  • Inquiry and messaging content. Project descriptions, budget, timeline, contact preferences, and messages exchanged in-platform after a provider accepts.
  • AI conversation logs. Prompts and responses from the AI onboarding, AI search, per-profile Q&A, and feedback chat.
  • Session and technical data. An anonymous session identifier (for the free-search limit), a hashed IP address for abuse throttling, and basic browser data. See our Cookie & Session Disclosure.

2. How we use information

  • Operate the directory: publish provider profiles, run search, deliver inquiries, and enable messaging.
  • Improve match quality and prevent abuse (e.g., rate limits on AI searches).
  • Send transactional emails (inquiry notifications, feedback prompts, account emails).
  • Compute aggregate stats like response rate, response time, and success rate.

3. Third-party processors

We use the following processors to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models) — powers the AI onboarding, search, profile Q&A, and recommendation drafting.
  • Email provider — transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications and account emails.
  • Hosting (Cloudflare / Lovable) — application hosting and edge delivery.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Buyer contact details are shared with a provider only after that provider explicitly accepts an inquiry. Public provider profiles are, by design, public.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your account and associated content by emailing privacy@solutionarchitects.ai. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights including objecting to processing or lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Retention

Account and profile data is retained while your account is active. Inquiries, messages, and feedback are retained to preserve the record for both sides of an engagement. AI conversation logs are retained in an anonymized form for abuse prevention and product improvement.

7. Security

We use row-level security, encrypted transit (HTTPS), and role-based access to protect data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

We will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date if this policy changes materially.
