How does featured placement work?
Premium providers get up to three featured slots on the homepage, each city page, and each specialty page — labeled Featured — before the standard list.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Billing. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
What if I have a promo code?
Founding-member codes unlock 12 months of Premium free — no credit card required. Redeem it from the Upgrade page.
Do you take a cut of my client work?
